I want to send custom SLA notifications
Context: A Development Team Manager wants to be notified before the issue is exceeded.
User Problem: As a Development Team Manager, I want to be notified via email before an issue will be exceeded so that I can stay on top of issues and manage my team accordingly.
Solution: Using Time to SLA’s notifications!
Time to SLA can send notifications to the right people at the right time. When you first define an SLA, two notifications are automatically created. These notifications alert you when reaching predefined milestones within the SLA timeframe. The first notification triggers at 50% of the SLA duration, and the second one triggers at 75%. You can also create notifications according to your unique use case.
Stay informed: For example, receive timely alerts when SLAs are breached, nearing breach, or have been breached for a specified duration.
Integrate with your workflow: Send notifications via email or Slack to seamlessly integrate with your team's communication channels.
Customize notifications: Tailor alerts to your specific needs by defining notification frequency, recipients, and actions.
Prioritize critical issues: Associate notifications with different goals to ensure that high-priority issues receive immediate attention.
