Context: A project manager wants to ensure that SLAs are being met and needs to monitor these metrics easily.

User Problem: As a project manager, I'm responsible for ensuring SLAs are being met across several projects and tasks. However, I find it difficult to track the status and timing of SLAs. I need a simple way to monitor the progress of each SLA for the issues I'm managing.

Time to SLA offers an SLA panel to make it easy to track your SLAs. On issue view screens, the SLA panel presents SLA information and visualizes SLA status using colors and icons.
