Context: A team lead wants to ensure that assignees are alerted when key milestones in their task deadlines are approaching.

User Problem: I need a way to automatically notify assignees when deadlines are approaching, but I don't have an easy solution to set up or customize notifications based on task progress.

Solution: Relying on Time to SLA’s automated notifications!

Time to SLA has automated email notifications for newly created SLA configurations. When an SLA is created and starts counting down on an issue, you’ll receive notifications when:

  1. SLA reaches 50% of its duration

  2. SLA reaches 75% of its duration

You can change the frequency of these notifications or edit them, as well as create completely new ones.

Problem solved!
