The Jira Dashboard provides an at-a-glance picture of what you and your teams are working on without the need to click on a project, open an email, or export any data here. The numerous dashboard gadgets allow you to view and analyze statistics about projects, users, and versions graphically as pie charts, graphs, or any number of customizable visuals.

You can make use of Time to SLA for Jira Cloud’s gadgets to take that experience to the next level.

Please keep in mind that the number of gadgets affects performance, which is why we recommend using as few as possible and separating your dashboards. It is recommended to add 8-10 gadgets at most.

Periodic Met vs. Exceeded SLA Chart Gadget

The Periodic Met vs. Exceeded SLA Chart Gadget displays weekly or monthly SLA numbers by status as a bar chart.

SLA/Assignee Performance Gadget

The SLA/Assignee Performance Gadget displays the number of SLAs that are met, breached, or in the critical zone based on the assignee or specific SLA.
