WBS | The order of tasks added to a box mirrors a Jira backlog Newly added tasks are added below the existing WBS. The order of existing box tasks is not affected. Additional tasks, such as projects, sprints, versions, and components are visualized as tasks based on box scope configuration settings (advanced). Tasks representing ‘projects’ are displayed first. If there are several projects, they are sorted by Key (A->Z). Next, Sprints, Version, and Components. If there are several Sprints, Versions, Components, they are sorted by Key (A->Z). Whether a Sprint or a Component is displayed first is determined by the order specified in the Task Structure settings of a box. Next, tasks with a hierarchy level higher than 0 (Initiative, Epics, etc.) If there are several levels of the hierarchy, then tasks with the highest level are displayed first, then tasks with a lower level, etc. (e.g. first tasks with HL = 3, then tasks with HL = 2, then tasks with HL = 1). If there are several tasks with the same hierarchy level, they are sorted by rank. The rest of the tasks are sorted by rank (order in the backlog). | n/a |
