New
Adjust data synchronization rules to improve performance
The new option optimizes the way BigPicture continuously synchronizes updates from Jira. Users can now see their updates reflected in BigPicture boxes immediately, while also minimizing the risks of negative impact on Jira performance, even for high-scale Jira instances (more than 1 million issues, more than 30k users). Admins have the flexibility to configure this synchronization to align with their organization's needs.
Settings can be adjusted by the admins in the Performance tab in App Configuration.
