Bug fixes and improvements:

• Jira 9.1 - Sub-scope definition - Cannot select or create Jira sprints

• Gantt - Tasks are not immediately rescheduled if new constraints occur due to period mode change

• License version mismatch after the maintenance period expires

• Scope definition - There is no available sub-scope configuration on the Iteration level

• Board - The user can add a new task when the scope definition is corrupted

• Board: wrong message after moving task into sub-Box mapped to a closed sprint
