Task grouping

Grouping

The new grouping mechanism allows for a two-level grouping of tasks. Grouping provides you with better insight into your portfolio. Now, you can easily track things like individual allocation and workload across projects and teams.

Make sure to adjust the view to ensure you get most out of your data.

Thanks to grouping, you can get high-level insights into your projects on a portfolio level (see a few examples):

  • Based on assigned tasks, what is the workload assigned to each person in a project.

  • What percentage of individuals' capacity is allocated to a project.

  • Workload associated with timeboxes on a project level (insight into the person’s aggregate workload in each timebox)
