Space administration
Overview
To access the Comala Document Management administration screens for a space, choose Document Management from the Space Tools menu.
You'll see the following set of tab options, with the Document Management tab initially selected.
Document Management – the dashboard to manage your
Space scope workflows and their application
Page workflow templates are available to users in the space
Page workflows that are currently added to pages in the space, and consolidate these as space content label filter workflows
Configuration - configure how various workflow features (for example, workflow drafts and visibility) operate within a space
Parameters - edit the values of workflow parameters defined with the workflow parameter macro in workflow templates that are applied in space mode
Notifications - customize the space-level notification settings, which apply to all workflows used in the space (including enabling Slack notifications with the Appfire Docs+ app)
Import - import workflows, including workflows from the Workflows Exchange repository
Support (Support Console) - create a support package detailing workflow activity and debugging issues to add to a support request
Clear History - permanently wipe all workflow data (states, activity logs, tasks) associated with each page and blog post in the space
Remote Publishing – requires the Remote Publishing for Comala Document Management app
Audit Log - a full audit trail of key events such as changes to configuration, templates and parameters recorded in the Confluence audit log
Data Refresh (Report Data Population) - manually populate data by running a space-level data refresh to ensure reports display up-to-date data from v6.17.9
Export Metadata - generate and attach workflow page and workflow page parameter metadata to each page in a space (before migration) From v7.10.1
Attach Activity - This screen is available for versions 6.10.0 - 7.10.0. It lets you generate and attach a CSV file of workflow activity to each page in a space before migration. Adding the workflow activity as a CSV file attachment is now done automatically when migrating with Comala Document Management v7.10.1 or later installed.
