Overview
Comala Document Management integrates with the native Confluence PDF export at space-level.
For pages
with no workflow, the latest version will be exported
with a workflow that doesn't define a Published state, the latest version will be exported
with a workflow that uses same-space publishing (one that contains a state with
final=true), only the latest version created on transition to the published state page will be exported
There is no way to publish a workflow draft state content at the space level without using third-party apps, listed below.
The space-level XML and HTML exports are unaffected, and will publish the latest version of content regardless of state.
