Introduction
Manage swimlane visibility. Different filters are available depending on whether your swimlanes are based on individual resources or teams.
With the filter applied, the app will calculate the total workload and remaining capacity in the summary row based on the tasks that match the filter only. You can combine Quick Filters with resource-specific filters to staff your project more efficiently.
Individual View
Filters apply to the time range you currently see.
Individuals with tasks/ all
Click on the filter to activate/deactivate.

| dark grey - only resources with tasks visible |
Dropdown
Select which resources you want to see by checking one or more boxes. Anything that doesn't match your selection is hidden:
Unassigned → tasks in the "unassigned" row (tasks haven't been assigned to resources)

The following filters narrow the list of Teams and leave the unassigned and summary rows:
