Manage Report Filters

Time to SLA gives you complete control over your report search filters. You can save filters to reuse them later, edit existing filters, and view or change the owner, viewer, and editor details of your existing filters. You can also clone these filters.

To save a report search filter:

  1. Go to SLA Reports.

  2. Create the filter you wish to save for later.

  3. Click the Save filter button above.

  4. Give your filter a name and click Save.

  5. Your saved filter will appear in the Other sidebar category.

The Manage Filters page lists all of your filters and enables you to manage them with ease.

  1. You can star your favorite filters to see them in a separate category on the sidebar.

  2. Filter Name – The name you picked will be displayed here.

  3. Owner – Shows the creator of the filter.

  4. Viewers – Displays who can view this filter.

  5. Editors – Displays who can edit this filter.

  6. Starred by – Shows how many people starred the filter.

  7. icon – Click to reveal the dropdown menu, which allows you to Manage subscriptions, Edit, Clone, and Delete.

  8. Manage subscriptions – This will take you to the Manage Subscriptions page.

  9. Edit – You can change the name of your filter, its description, who can view it, and who can edit it.

  10. Clone – You can clone your filter and make subtle changes to differentiate it from the other.

  11. Delete – You can delete your filters by clicking here. This process is irreversible.
