On the SLA Reports page, you can create highly configurable reports, report subscriptions, and line charts, and save search filters for reuse in the future.
1. SLA Reports
Displays your SLA reports. Enables you to create new ones, as well as view, edit, and filter through older ones. You can also create periodic reports and background reports here.
Report types
SLA Summary Report lets you see the most important information about your SLAs in the most concise way possible.
SLA Detail Report provides a more in-depth look into your SLAs.
SLA Durations Report enables you to create bar, stacked bar, and line chart reports for a selected time period and content.
SLA Status Report lets you present SLA status information as a pie chart.
When should you use which?
The Summary report is useful for developing issue-based reports, whereas the Detail report is better for creating SLA-based reports. Meanwhile, the Durations and Status reports are perfect for visualizing your work and getting information across instantly.
2. Periodic Reports
Shows all of your periodic reports. Visit this page to download your periodic reports.
3. Background Reports
Shows all of your background reports. Visit this page to download your background reports.
4. Favorite
This category appears when you favorite () a saved search filter.
5. Other
This category shows all of your saved search filters.
Met SLAs – A default search filter that generates Met SLAs report.
Exceeded SLAs – A default search filter that generates Exceeded SLAs report.
6. Manage Filters
All saved filters can be found on the Manage Filters page. Once you save a filter, it will be listed under the OTHER
category in the sidebar and on the Manage Filters page.
How to save a report filter
Go to SLA Reports.
Create the report configuration you want to save for later.
Click the Save filter as button.
Give your filter a name.
Click Save.
On the Manage Filters page, you can perform these actions:
Favorite filters
You can star your favorite filters to see them in a separate category (FAVORITE
) on the sidebar.
Filter options
By clicking the actions menu next to the filter, you can clone, delete, and edit filters. By clicking Manage subscriptions, you can also quickly create a subscription based on the filter.
7. Manage Subscriptions
This page displays and lets you manage your subscriptions for periodic reporting.
View subscriptions
All subscription details are provided here, showcasing the configuration used for each subscription.
To view the configurations in greater detail, click the chevron button, and the information will be revealed.
Subscription options
By clicking the actions menu next to the subscription, you can manage your report email subscriptions. This includes options to edit, clone, and delete your subscriptions as needed.
Instead of waiting for your report to arrive when it’s scheduled, you can run it immediately by clicking Run now.
