Time to SLA for Jira offers several dashboard gadgets to help you track and analyze SLA performance efficiently.

Due to Jira’s limitations, Time to SLA custom fields cannot be added to Jira’s Issue Statistics, Pie Chart, or Two-Dimensional Filter Statistics gadgets.

Best practices

To ensure optimal performance, it's important to manage the number of gadgets on your dashboard:

  • Add no more than 8–10 gadgets per dashboard.

  • Consider creating multiple dashboards to avoid performance issues.

Periodic Met vs. Exceeded SLA Chart gadget

Displays SLA performance trends as a bar chart, showing the number of SLAs met or exceeded per week or month, categorized by status.

Periodic Met vs. Exceeded Issue Chart gadget
