Time in Status Gadget


Displays the total/average amount of time spent in a specified status. This is based on your company's working calendar.

To add and configure the Time in Status Gadget to your favorite dashboard

  • Click on the Add Gadget button within the dashboard.
  • Type time in into the search box and click on Add gadget near the JEP - Time In Status Gadget.
  • Configure the gadget and click on the Save button.

    • Select your favorite project or filter.
    • Select the status that you want to measure the amount of time spent within.
    • Select the grouping field. The Grouping Field is the field by which the Time in Status Gadget is grouped.
    • Select a working calendar.
    • Days previously is for filtering issues by creation date relative to today's date.
    • You can give the custom gadget a title that you will see on your dashboard.
    • Select the results mode (user details or only aggregated results).
    • Select the time format
    • Select whether you want to see a total times row.
    • If you want to automatically refresh the gadget results, select the appropriate Refresh Interval.
