Status Counter Gadget

Displays status counters (e.g. Reopening Counter, Resolved Counter) as a bar chart.

The Status Counter Gadget displays the total and average status change counts per issue, day, week, month and year.

To add and configure the Status Counter Gadget to your favorite dashboard

• Click on the Add Gadget button within the dashboard.
• Type JEP - Status into the search box and click on Add gadget near the JEP - Status Counter Bar Chart.
  
• Configure the gadget and click on the Save button.
  
  
  • Select your favorite project or filter.
  • Select the Status Counter custom fields that have been defined previously (see Counter custom fields).
  • Select period in order to see details per issue, or daily, weekly, monthly, yearly to see details for a given time interval.
  • Days previously is for filtering issues by creation date relative to today's date.
  • You can give the Custom gadget a title that you will see on your dashboard.
  • Time interval can be in seconds, minutes, hours or dates in order to scale values within the y-axis.

Each bar is clickable and when clicked, they will navigate to issue navigator.
