Total Resolutions Per User gadget

The Total Resolutions Per User gadget tracks the number of issues resolved by each user, providing insights into resolution activity across your team.

How to add the Time in Status gadget to your dashboard

1. Open the dashboard and click the Add Gadget button.

2. In the gadget search bar, enter JEP - Total Resolutions Per User bar chart.

3. Click the Add gadget button near the gadget.

4. Configure the gadget:

   Open

   

   • Project or saved filter: Select a project or a saved filter.

   • Days previously: Filter issues based on their creation date relative to today.

   • User(s) - Group(s): Select users and/or groups to include in the chart.

   • Custom gadget title: Enter a title for the gadget as it will appear on your dashboard.

   • Refresh interval: Select how often you would like this gadget to update.

5. Click Save.

The gadget displays a bar chart of issue resolutions per user. Each bar is clickable. Clicking a bar will help you navigate to Issue Navigator for further details.
