First Response Time Gadget

Displays the amount of time passed from creation date to the first public comment date within an issue.

Why on earth should you use this gadget if you have Jira's built-in first response time gadget? JEP's Response Time Gadget takes (defined) working hours and holidays into account. And it works according to the first public comment made (not restricted to a group) and the commenter can be a different user than the reporter.
