User/History report and gadget

The User/Group History Report provides an all-in-one view of issue activity within a specified timeframe, tracking all actions performed by a selected user or group. It is available both as a report and as a dashboard gadget, allowing for quick access to historical activity data.

How to generate a User/Group history report

1. Click the Reports icon in the left-hand menu.

2. Select User/Group history report.

3. Configure the report parameters.

   Open

   

4. Click Next.

The report includes a sortable, filterable, and pageable grid for easy navigation.

To export the report results, click the Excel View link in the top-right corner.

How to generate a User/Group history gadget

1. Click Add Gadget on your dashboard.

2. Search for and select JEP - User/Group history report.

3. Configure the gadget parameters.

   Open

   

4. Click Save.

Like the report, the gadget includes a sortable, filterable, and pageable grid for efficient data viewing.
