Usage

Average Status Time By Issue Type report is a table that explains how much time, on average, users spend on each task by status.

The report shows statistics by issue types on which the selected users worked in the specified period.

It may be especially helpful if your company uses a scheme with various custom issue types. The report enables you to evaluate which type of work consumes more time or how much time different users spend on the same task categories.

The report will be informative for support teams. It provides an understanding of how much time each type of customer request takes and helps to adjust team workload and improve teamwork planning.
