Top Users gadget

The Top Users Gadget displays a Hall of Fame list based on selected JEP user custom fields, ranking users according to their contributions.

How to add the Top Users gadget to your dashboard

1. Open the dashboard and click the Add Gadget button.

2. In the gadget search bar, enter JEP - Top Users Gadget. 

3. Click the Add gadget button near the gadget.

4. Configure the gadget:

   Open

   

   • Project or saved filter: Select a project or a saved filter.

   • JEP User Custom field: Select the User custom field that has been defined previously (see User custom fields).

   • Custom gadget title: Enter a title for the gadget as it will appear on your dashboard.

   • Days previously: Filter issues based on their creation date relative to today

   • Refresh interval: Select how often you would like this gadget to update.

5. Click Save.

• Use this gadget to recognize top contributors in your project and encourage team engagement.

• Top-ranked users (first three) have larger avatars and cells for better visibility.

• Issue counts are clickable. Clicking on a count will open the Issue Navigator with the relevant issues.
