Page Workflow guide

If onboarding is enabled for the app, help features will be available including a simple onboarding guide accessed using the page tools menu.

This simple animated guide is only available when a workflow is added as a page workflow to a single page or blog post.

User onboarding must also be enabled in global administration and is only available on first installation of the app.
