Creating Workflows

Overview
One or more custom workflows can be created in each space to meet the needs of your business documentation process.
Workflows can only be created and edited in the app space settings and a workflow editor needs space administrator permission in a space.
Upon installation, the app includes three workflow templates, which are available in the app space settings in each space.
The included workflows cannot be edited. However, one or more custom workflows can be added to each space in addition to the workflow templates included with the app.
A custom workflow is added to a space by either
copying and customizing an existing workflow (including duplicating a workflow bundled with the app)
creating a new custom workflow using the Create New Workflow option
All workflows available in the space are listed in the app space settings.
The workflows are ordered alphanumerically by name.
The space administrator can edit a custom workflow in the app space settings using the visual editor or the code editor.
You can also use the code editor to import a workflow template as JSON code.
The bundled workflow templates cannot be overwritten. A copy can be created and customized.
