Page tools menu options

Overview

There are several Comala Document Management workflow-related options in the Confluence page tools menu:

New users on the first installation of the app can also choose the Page Workflow guide option from page tools (when adding a page workflow) if onboarding has been enabled for the site.

Workflow-related page tool menu options

The page tools menu can be accessed from any page or blog post by selecting the Confluence ellipsis page tools menu option.

Use this option to add a workflow to an individual page or blog post.

This option is displayed when

there is no active space workflow

Use this option to view details of the current workflow applied to the page.

This option is displayed when

there is an added workflow on the page (either a space workflow or a page workflow)

Use this option to remove the current page workflow.

This option is displayed when

there is no active space workflow
a page workflow is added to the page

Use this option to view the history of the Document Management workflow activity for the current page.

This option is displayed when

there is an active workflow added to the page (either a space workflow or a page workflow)

Use this option to update the value of workflow parameters.

This option is displayed when

there is no active space workflow
a workflow with workflow parameters is added to the page
