Set a Default Value in the Duration Custom Field

Within the TTS - Duration field, you can specify a default value. On this page, you will learn how to set a default value within the Dynamic Duration custom field.

  1. Click Time to SLA > SLA Fields.

  2. Click the cog icon in the row of the TTS - Duration Field where you would like to set a default value, and go to Configure.

  3. The Jira Custom Fields page will appear. Click Edit Default Value.

  4. The Jira Set Custom Field Defaults screen will appear.

  5. Enter a default value for the TTS - Duration Field.

  6. Click Set Default.
