How to Schedule Tasks

You can schedule periodic tasks within Time to SLA using cron expressions.

On this page, you will learn how to schedule:

  • Asynchronous SLA Calculation, which executes asynchronous SLA calculations.

How to Schedule Tasks through Settings

  1. Log into your Jira account.

  2. Click Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.

  3. Go to Settings > Scheduled Tasks tab.

  4. Enter cron expressions for the task(s) that you want to schedule.

  5. Click Save.
