These are general settings for notifiers. We recommend you define notifiers individually for each SLA. Not sure how to set up a notifier for an SLA? Learn here.
How to change SLA notifier settings
If you want TTS to send email notifications, check the Enable Notifiers box. Otherwise, uncheck this box to block all notifiers.
If you've enabled notifiers, you create a Default Notifier Template that will be used as a template when creating new notifiers.
Select a Notifier Type: an email or a Slack message.
Enter a Default Notifier Subject. You can use dynamic parameters with $.
Enter a Notifier Content.
Click Save.
