Field Has Been Set Validator

This validator confirms that a specified field (which can be a custom field) has been set.

Steps

  1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

  2. Switch to the Validators tab.

  3. Click the Add validator button.

  4. Select JEP - Field has been set validator andc click the Add button.

  5. Select the field which you want to allow the transition for.

  6. Publish the workflow.

The validator will now be added to the transition.

If the field has not been set but the user tries to perform the transition, the error message below will be displayed:
