Changing task assignment

In the Resources panel, you can change the following details of a task:

• assignee

• team

• skills

You CAN’T change the project. Project swimlane switches are blocked.

Multiassignment

Assigning one item to multiple tasks is possible for:

• skills

• projects.

Find perfect match

The Find the Perfect Match option in the Resources module is available for teams and individuals

Drag tasks

You can move a task from one team to another directly in the Resources module (drag-and-drop mechanism).

Make sure your swimlanes are based on Teams (not individuals):
