Share view
With the Share view option, you can allow other users to see the current view of any module almost just the same way you see it (shared can be, for example, selected column views or layout mode).
The view can be shared by sending an automatically generated URL link.
Remember that the shared view may vary because security settings are still respected and not shared. Also, suppose there is any mismatching between the environments (for example, the shared parameter name differs in different versions). The value will not be overwritten in that case, and the user settings or default values will be used.
The shareable URL link is active for 90 days. After this time, the configuration will be deactivated.
Opening shared view settings will overwrite your local settings. After receiving the URL link, you can decide whether to keep your local settings the same.
Shareable data
When a user shares a view on the Gantt module or the Overview timeline, the URL also contains the zoom level and position on the viewport.
The person who opens the link and adjusts the view settings can see the same taskbars as the person who shared the URL (there can be slight differences because of various screen sizes and resolutions).
The Share view feature of the app lets you share selected features by different modules. The overview of the features is presented in the table below:
Module | Data shared |

Limitations
The URL to the Gantt module of a given box does not change when you apply a JQL search filter.
Workaround:
Enable the WBS widget.
Use the Show on Gantt link.
You are redirected to the Gantt view with a given issue highlighted.
Share view on Jira Cloud early access feature
As an early access feature, Box viewers, Box editors, App admins, and Box admins can save a private column view before sharing. Additionally, App admins and Box admins can now define permissions for team members who will access the shared view.
