How to hide space sidebar links like Gliffy diagram

Description

Add-ons can add links in the space sidebar. In some cases, it may be inappropriate. For example, on this site, most users do not have permission to edit pages, yet they still see a Gliffy Diagram link. We wanted to hide or remove the link from all spaces. Similarly, we hide the Calendars link.

Requires CLI 7.7 or higher.
