How to enable Dataplane Debug Logging

When working with Arsenale Support, you may be asked to enable Dataplane debug logging to share more-verbose Dataplane status information.

To enable this feature, please follow the below steps

  • Navigate to Dataplane Reports → Administration → Support.

  • Select Enabled Checkbox from Debug Logging.

     

You need adimistrator access to perform this.
