How to create Projectrak Datasource in Dashboard Hub Pro

This article explains how to add a Projectrak data source in Dashboard Hub Pro to use the Projectrak gadgets: Project Tracking Insights template

Instructions

  1. Install the Projectrak App in the Jira instance. (Ignore if it has already been installed).

  2. From the Apps menu, Go to the Projectrak → Project Navigator.

    Go to API Integrations:-

  3. Create API key

    Fill in the name:

    Create the credentials (copy or temporarily save the "API key ID" and "API key") :

  4. Open the Dashboard Hub from the Apps menu and click on Add Datasource.

     

  5. Select Jira Apps and then Projectrak.

  6. Select the data source as “This Jira instance” (If Projectrak is installed in the same instance) and provide the generated Projectrak API key ID and API Key:-

    If Projectrak is installed in another Jira instance, add that Jira instance as an external data source first, then add Projectrak. Please refer to How to add Jira and Confluence datasources in Dashboard Hub app.

  7. Now, on the Dashboard hub, add and configure the Projectrak gadgets:
