This article explains obtaining a screenshot of the Dashboard Hub App’s Gadget Configuration.

Instructions:

  1. Go to your Jira dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Edit" button in the dashboard's top-right corner.

  3. Find the gadget you want to take a screenshot of and click on the three-dot icon on the right-side corner of the gadget.

  4. Select "Configure" from the dropdown menu, as shown below.

  5. Ensure all relevant settings are displayed and visible in the gadget configuration window.

  6. Take a screenshot of the entire gadget configuration window, as shown in step no 5.

  7. Save the screenshot and share it in the support ticket.

  • Following these steps, you can quickly obtain a screenshot of the gadget configuration from your Jira dashboard.
