Dashboard Hub - How to change dashboard ownership

Use this article to:

  1. Learn how to transfer dashboard ownership.

  2. Locate deactivated and deleted dashboards.

Instructions

  1. Log in as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Apps > Manage Your Apps.

  3. Click Dashboard Hub > Change Dashboard Owner.

    1. Is the dashboard listed?

      1. If the dashboard is listed, proceed to step #4.

      2. If not, navigate to step #6.

  4. Select the dashboard and click Change Owner.

  5. Use the dropdown menu to select an existing user as the new owner, and then click Change owner.

  6. Use the dropdown menu to filter by Deactivate and Deleted dashboards and then proceed with steps 4 and 5 above.
