About the Calendar module
The calendar module helps you stay organized by showing all your tasks and important dates from the connected platforms in a traditional calendar view.

First day of the week
In the View dropdown menu, you can set the first day of the week to Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Navigation
You can navigate the Calendar in the following ways:
scroll while hovering your mouse over it to move forward or backward by one month.
use the navigation buttons or keyboard shortcuts to move forward or backward by one month.

select the date from the date picker. The calendar will adjust the month and year.
Full task list for a selected day
Click Show all tasks on the calendar to view all tasks scheduled for a given date. A task list is displayed in a separate window.
Move tasks
You can reschedule your tasks by dragging and dropping them:
from the initial day to another one directly on the calendar.
from the task list to another day on the calendar.
You cannot reschedule tasks if it creates a scheduling conflict. For example, the task's scheduling mode can restrict changes in its dates. All the changes in the task’s schedule are reflected in other modules.
Create tasks
You can create new tasks (both Jira issues and basic tasks) directly in the Calendar module.
Click the '+' (plus) button.
Select a Jira issue or basic task.
Alternatively, press the c button on your keyboard to create a Jira issue.
Fill in the task details and click Create.
You can create new tasks using task templates. Task templates for a particular box can be edited and created on the box configuration page. Templates can also be inherited based on the box type settings.
Edit tasks
You can edit task details in the following ways:
Click the task on the calendar or in the Upcoming Tasks section. A task details dialog box will appear.
You can inline edit the summary, start date, end date, assignee, and status directly on the task details dialog box.
Click the task on the calendar or in the Upcoming Tasks section, and then press the e button on your keyboard. A task details screen will appear.
Right-click the task on the calendar or in the Upcoming Tasks section (anywhere but the Jira key). A context menu will appear. Select the Edit option.
Delete tasks
To remove a task:
Right-click the task on the calendar or in the Upcoming Tasks section (anywhere but the Jira key).
Select Delete from the context menu.
Quick filters
Quick filters are available in the Calendar module.
Only the tasks that match the filter are displayed (parent tasks of the filtered tasks are hidden if they do not match the filter criteria).
Search functionality
The search functionality is available in the Calendar module. The search bar operates in the text and JQL modes.
Only the tasks that match the search are displayed (the parent tasks of the searched tasks are hidden if they do not match the search criteria).
Calendar gadget
You can add the Calendar gadget in Jira to monitor your upcoming tasks.
Export
To unlock the export features, you need to install the BigTemplate app.
You can export your Calendar to a PDF image.
The PDF image export requires NodeJS installation. If you do not see the "PDF image" export option, visit the Installation > NodeJS Installation page for more information.
Live sync
The live sync feature lets you see the task changes without the need to refresh a page. With the live sync enabled, your data will be instantly updated when you and other permitted users update their tasks.
