How to create a Kanban project when selecting the project type as software

This article instructs how to create a Kanban project by using a template from the Delegated Project Creator for Jira app.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Jira as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Cog Wheel  > Manage apps > DELEGATED PROJECT CREATOR > Project Templates Settings.
  3. Once there, edit the desired template

  4. Select the Project type as "software" from the drop-down list.

  5. Once the selected project type is software, the project type template is populated. Select the Kanban classic Project from the dropdown list.
