How to select the columns to be displayed in Project Creation Report

This article explains how to select the columns to be displayed in the Project Creation Report in Delegated Project Creator for Jira app.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Jira as an Administrator user.

  2. Navigate to Cog wheel > Manage apps 

  3. In the left sidebar, navigate to the DELEGATED PROJECT CREATOR section.

  4. Select the Project Creation Report tab as shown in the screenshot below:

  5. In the Project Creation Report page, you have an option, Select Columns. The options shown in this list are the ones you fill in when requesting for a new project. Select the options as required to view the respective column data in the page.
    The data displayed in this page is only for the projects created using the Request New Project option.  
  6. Once you select the columns, you can click on Export to CSV button to generate the report. 


The selection of column option is available for the Delegated Project Creator for Jira app version 3.7 and above.
