Jira Data Center performance problems during deployment

Symptoms:

Some users have experienced performance degradation during deployments on JIRA Data Center.

Cause:

This is usually caused by sub-optimal settings configuration which leads to unnecessary resets of the cluster in-memory cache.

Resolution:

In CMJ's Settings page make sure the Send ClearCacheEvent to clear Jira's internal caches after deployment is not selected.
