User Non-Reporter Condition

This condition only allows the users who are not in selected project role(s) to make a transition.
To add the User Non-Reporter condition, follow these steps:
Click the Jira cog icon > Issues > Workflows.
After finding the workflow, go to the three-dots icon and click Edit. Navigate to the transition of your workflow.
Switch to the Conditions tab.
Click the Add condition button.
Select JEP - User Non-Reporter Condition and then click the Add button. You’ll be redirected to the Conditions list.
Don’t forget to click Publish Draft to publish the workflow and save your changes.
