User Not In Project Role(s) Condition

This condition allows only the users who are not in selected project role(s) to make a transition.

Steps

1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

2. Switch to the Conditions tab.

3. Click the Add Condition button.

4. Select JEP - Check User In Custom Field and click the Add button.

   Open

   

5. All user custom fields will be listed in the following screen. Select the one(s) you want.

6. Click the Add button.

7. Publish the workflow.

The condition will now be added to the transition.
