User Non-Reporter Condition

This condition allows only users who are not the issue reporter to perform the workflow transition.

Steps

1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

2. Switch to the Conditions tab.

3. Click the Add Condition button.

   Open

   

4. Select JEP - User Non-Reporter Condition and click the Add button.

   Open

   

5. Publish the workflow.

The condition will now be added to the transition.
