JEP’s post functions offer additional actions that can be performed automatically after a transition has occurred. These actions are executed as post-functions and allow for further customization of the workflow. The following post functions are available:

Smart Assignment — Enables you to assign an issue to a user using your choice from a variety of user selection categories and user selection strategies.
Assign Issue to User in Custom Field — Post function to automatically assign an issue to a user that is set within a user custom field.
Assign Issue to Specific User Role — Post function to enable you to assign an issue to a user within a specified role.
Assign to Specific User Role Based on Issue Field — Post function to assign an issue to a user within a specified role when a field within that issue matches.
Add Subtask User(s) to Parent Issue Watchers List — Post function to add a watcher to the parent issue based on a user field/custom field in the subtask.
Update Linked Issue Field Value With Current Issue
