User Project Role(s) Condition

This condition allows only the users who are in at least one selected project role to make a transition.

Steps

  1. Open the workflow where you want to add the condition and locate the transition you want.

  2. Switch to the Conditions tab.

  3. Click the Add Condition button.

  4. Select JEP - User Project Role(s) Condition and click the Add button.

  5. Select the project role(s) that you want to give access to for the transition.

  6. Click the Add button. 

    If users have at least one of the project roles selected, they will have access to perform the transition, which means the button will be visible to them.

  7. Publish the workflow.

The condition will now be added to the transition.
