SLA Durations Chart gadget

The SLA Durations Chart gadget displays average SLA durations over time using a bar or line chart. This guide walks you through adding and configuring the gadget on your dashboard.

Add the SLA Durations Chart gadget

1. Go to the Dashboard you want to add the gadget to.

2. Click Add gadget or Add a new gadget.

3. Search for SLA Durations Chart.

4. Click Add gadget. The SLA Durations Chart gadget configuration screen appears.

5. Configure the gadget.

   Open

   

   1. Select a Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget. You MUST pick only one filter or one project.

   2. Select whether you want the gadget to display data Weekly or Monthly.

   3. Enter the number of Days Previously to set the time window for the data displayed in the chart. For example, enter 30 to display data from the last 30 days.

   4. Select SLA(s) to calculate the duration, or leave it blank if you want to include all SLAs.

   5. Select Time Interval (y-axis time interval) to set a time unit for the duration. Options are Seconds, Minutes, Hours, and Days.

   6. Select Graph Type (Bar, Line). (See graph types below.)

   7. Create a Custom Gadget Title. This custom title will be displayed on top of the gadget.

   8. Select Refresh Interval.

6. Click Save.

The gadget appears on the dashboard.
