SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget
The SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget displays the success and failure rates of selected SLAs as a stacked bar chart.
This guide walks you through the steps to add and configure the gadget on your dashboard.
Add the SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget
Go to the Dashboard you want to add the gadget to.
Click Add gadget or Add a new gadget.
Search for
SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart.Click Add Gadget. The SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget configuration screen appears.
Configure the gadget:
Select a Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget.
Select SLAs to include in the count or leave it blank if you want to include all SLAs.
Tick Include Progressing SLAs if you want to see SLAs which are still in progress.
Create a Custom Gadget Title.
Select Refresh Interval.
Click Save.
Your gadget is now added to the dashboard.
Time to SLA gadgets use Lucene indexes for scalability, just like Jira gadgets. If you notice inconsistent numbers, it may be due to index issues. For assistance, please contact our support team.
