SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget

The SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget displays the success and failure rates of selected SLAs as a stacked bar chart.

This guide walks you through the steps to add and configure the gadget on your dashboard.

Add the SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget

1. Go to the Dashboard you want to add the gadget to.

2. Click Add gadget or Add a new gadget.

3. Search for SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart.

4. Click Add Gadget. The SLA Success/Fail Rates Chart gadget configuration screen appears.

5. Configure the gadget:

   Open

   

   • Select a Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget.

   • Select  SLAs to include in the count or leave it blank if you want to include all SLAs.

   • Tick Include Progressing SLAs if you want to see SLAs which are still in progress.

   • Create a Custom Gadget Title.

   • Select Refresh Interval.

6. Click Save.

Your gadget is now added to the dashboard.
