SLA Status Pie Chart gadget

The SLA Status Pie Chart gadget provides a visual overview of SLA statuses for issues based on a selected filter or project. It helps you quickly assess the proportion of issues in different SLA statuses.

This guide will walk you through the steps to add and configure the SLA Status Pie Chart gadget on your Jira dashboard.

Add the SLA Status Pie Chart gadget

  1. Go to the Dashboard you want to add the gadget to.

  2. Click Add gadget or Add a new gadget.

  3. Search for SLA Status Pie Chart.

  4. Click Add Gadget. The SLA Status Pie Chart gadget configuration screen appears.

  5. Configure the gadget:

    • Select a Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget. You MUST pick only one filter or one project.

    • Select SLAs to include in the count, or leave it blank if you want to include all SLAs.

    • Create a Custom Gadget Title.

    • Select Refresh Interval.

  6. Click Save.

Your gadget is now added to the dashboard.

Time to SLA gadgets use Lucene indexes for scalability, just like Jira gadgets. If you notice inconsistent numbers, it may be due to index issues. For assistance, please contact our support team.
