The SLA Success/Fail Counts Chart Gadget

The SLA Success/Fail Counts Chart Gadget displays the success and fail counts of selected SLAs as a stacked bar chart.

This tutorial will walk you through the process of adding the SLA Success/Fail Counts Chart Gadget to your dashboard.

Add The SLA Success/Fail Counts Chart Gadget

1. Go to the Dashboard you want to add the gadget to.

2. Click Add gadget or Add a new gadget.

3. Search SLA Success/Fail Counts Chart gadget.

4. Click Add Gadget.

5. The SLA Success/Fail Counts Chart gadget configuration screen will appear.

6. Select a Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget.

7. Select SLAs to include in the count or leave it blank if you want to include all SLAs.

8. Tick Including Progressing SLAs if you want to see SLAs which are still in progress.

9. Create a Custom Gadget Title.

10. Select Refresh Interval.

11. Click Save.

That’s it! The gadget will now appear in the dashboard.
