1. Navigate to Project settings for the project where you are facing the issue.

2. Click Chat for JSM.

3. Click General settings > Project’s field configuration.

4. On the Field configurations page, select the project.

5. Search for labels.

6. Click on Screens.

7. Search for the project with the project key, check the checkbox next to the related screens, and click Update.
