encountered while saving Chat for JSM project settings.
Steps
Navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com/.
Select Products from the Jira top menu.
From the left side panel, select the website.
From the left side panel, select Portal-only customers.
Search for
Anonymous Chat User
.Select the three-dot icon, and click Grant access.
Now you should be able to save your Chat for JSM Project settings without encountering the error.
